Happy Christmas Eve My Loves! Tis The Season to be jolly, fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la... With Christmas Day less than 24 hours away, I can totally imagine many of you most likely running around like crazy preparing for the most anticipated day of the year. I'm not gonna even lie, I'm totally one of the persons, but probably not for same reason. Because I slightly suffer from OCD (ok not slightly, I definitely do), whatever Christmas presents I've purchased, were totally done so at least a couple of months ago. So, I'm not running around last-minute Christmas gift shopping or making runs to the grocery store to prepare for Christmas feasting. And if I didn't have to be out in the streets, I'd prefer not to. I spent 1.5 hours searching for parking yesterday because valet was full at the mall. What was I searching for you may ask, I simply wanted to purchase a new memory card for my camera. Traffic is beyond ridiculous and honestly I can't wait to just spend today doing absolutely nothing and I'm really looking forward to spending 16 hours of my Christmas day on a nice and long 16 hour flight to Dubai (my first stop). Traveling on actual Christmas Day is a first for me, as I typically fly to wherever I plan on spending Christmas Day well before the day, or vacate after. This year, I changed things up a bit, so I'm hoping everyone has made it to their destinations already and I'm crossing my fingers that LAX isn't overly crowded.
In lieu of the festive-ness of Christmas, isn't this babydoll dress absolutely perfect for a day like today?!? Talk about Tis The Season, right! I'm actually shocked at how quickly I fell in love in with the decorative snowflake embroidery. It took at lot for me to wear an ugly Christmas sweater last year, because I'm just not super into broadcasting Christmas on my garments. Not to confused as a humbug, but I've always believed that all the extra stuff defeats the purpose of what Christmas is truly all about. However, I've come to terms that its ok to live in the moment sometimes and since I've become a little less uptight, so has my style per say. I'm not gonna lie, this dress was so fun to pair and wear, and surprisingly it received so many compliments. It brought a little Christmas cheer of its own, and this my friends is what I believe this entire season is about. No sillies, I'm not talking about complimenting me on my "Tis The Season" Christmas Eve look. I'm referring to spreading love, smiles, random acts of kindness, etc. ;-p!!
